OUTSOURCED MONITORING
All CountWise units have a comprehensive 12-months warranty that includes all remote support, parts, repair, and software updates. Additionally, all units are provided with back-office AdminCount software that resides on a customer’s server, to administer key parameters such as store hours, data export format, user passwords, etc.
Customers with deployments of >50 CountWise units may consider using our optional Outsourcing Monitoring Services as an effective means to manage and administer the units. This proactive service is managed by the experienced CountWise helpdesk engineers who continuously monitor the status of all field units and ensure quick and proficient diagnosis of any issues and implement corrective actions typically without involvement on the Customer’s side. As a result, the service guarantees minimized impact on store or IT customer-service personnel. The Monitoring Service also includes free remote changes to counting zones in all locations, as well as annual audit reports.
