OUTSOURCED DATA MANAGEMENT

All traffic data is owned by the client. Data is managed and maintained on the client’s network utilizing CountWise’s AdminCount and Analyzer software on the clients’ server. As the CountWise technology provides the highest accuracy and consistency available from any traffic counting technology, the data from the units can be stored and maintained in its raw form on the customer’s network. Unlike other companies, there is no need to “process” or “patch” the data prior to the customer receiving the data reports.

Data from all CountWise units can be exported directly to your network in virtually any flat-file format or reviewed using the Analyzer software suite.

CountWise offers the option of Outsourced Data Management by collecting traffic data from all locations and reporting the information in the required formats as a service without burdening the customer’s resources. We poll the traffic counters in each location and download the traffic data from the AdminCount and Analyzer software that are resident within your network. We then compile the data into a various reporting files tailored to your needs and make it available to you from our FTP server or email them to a distribution list when you want it and how you want it.
